What is the return qualification?
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return:

*Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
*Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (box, and certificate included)

*Resizing or engraved items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple days and if the order was packed on the weekend or holiday, it will be updated next available business day!
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
We do not accept any return or refund if there is no quality issue with the merchandise.
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting the sieze or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

For monogrammed / engraved / resize pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?
Quick note!
Shipping time(15 business days) is an approximate number of days an order takes to ship from the full payment received date, does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.

Your order may be split if you place an order for multiple products at the same time.

All our products are worldwide free shipping. But please contact us before you place the order in case your country is not able to deliver.

Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Elbert Gallery does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
When will I receive my refund?

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it and check there is no problem with the items. However, it may take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days for the fund to appear on your end.
Please note Elbert Gallery cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. 
Do prices ever change?

Everchanging factors such as global supply chain disruption, inflation, and cost fluctuation of raw materials such as gold and diamonds may impact our prices from time to time. We continue to monitor production factors and do our absolute best to always give you high-quality products at accessible prices.
