RETURNS POLICY

All merchandises are SOLD AS IS, with all disclosed faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns may only be made with written authorization of Elbert Gallery, at the sole discretion of Elbert Gallery. We do not accept any return or refund if there is no quality issue with the merchandise.

To request a return, customer must provide a written request within three (3) days of receipt of the lot, fully explaining the basis for the return.

Under no circumstances will any amount in addition to the actual payment amount of the customer be refunded. Any unauthorized returns will be rejected. Elbert Gallery also reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be deducted from the actual payment amount of the customer. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. The Customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the item(s) they are returning. All authorized returns must be received in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to the customer, otherwise they will be returned to Buyer at Buyer's expense. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded and the Buyer will relinquish any and all claims to these items.

Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by Elbert Gallery to the customer constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.
